The SoftCopy is the online news production of the students of the Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media (IIJNM).

Here at IIJNM every student is given exposure to the real world of reporting, writing, page designing and editing.

Right from day one they are exposed to a schedule that teaches what it is like to be a full-time journalist.

Guided by experienced professors who have enormous knowledge, every student at this institution is taught the pros and cons of ethical reporting.They bring out stories that are original and publish them in bulletins and publications that are brought out on a weekly basis.

This website showcases the work done by the trainee journalists at IIJNM.
