Cancer care made affordable for poor people

Global Vision Cancer Care NGO and HCG Foundation work tirelessly to financially support cancer patients who cannot afford treatment.

In this month of breast cancer awareness, HCG Foundation is all set to break a world record by forming the largest human chain in the city on Oct. 30 to raise consciousness about the disease, Anjali Chauhan of HCG said.

Ravi Shankar Tripathi, manager of the new Bangalore branch of Global Vision Cancer Care, said people shouldn’t die because they can’t afford treatment for cancer.

The SoftCopy interviewed Ravi Shankar and Anjali to learn about their organizations’ outreach programs, initiatives and future projects.
